Core product types and technical parameters
- Curved display cabinet (wall customized)
Application scenario: Suitable for the curved wall layout of exhibition halls, used to display sequential marine biological specimens such as crabs, fish, shellfish, etc. (see Figures 4 and 5)
Core structure:
Outer frame: Made of matte dark gray cold-rolled steel material, integrally bent and formed, with strong deformation resistance, suitable for fitting and installing curved walls
Glass: Made of 8mm+8mm laminated tempered glass with low reflection and ultra white light transmission design, with a light transmission rate of ≥ 91%, eliminating the problem of specimen display reflection and ensuring clear presentation of exhibition details
Lighting: The top is embedded with anti glare LED spotlights, with a UV content of ≤ 10 μ W/lm, to avoid fading and damage to biological specimens caused by UV rays and achieve uniform lighting effect
Opening method: Double sided hydraulic assisted swing glass door, equipped with museum specific anti-theft lock, balancing daily specimen maintenance and exhibit safety management
2. Cube shaped independent display cabinet (large relic display)
Application scenario: Independent display area in the center of the exhibition hall, used to showcase heavy exhibits such as large biological remains and wooden specimens (see Figure 6)
Core structure:
Cabinet: high-density environmentally friendly board+matte baking paint process, bottom load-bearing base reinforced with thickened steel structure, load-bearing capacity ≥ 500kg, suitable for heavy-duty specimen exhibits
Interior: Adjustable layer board design, allowing for flexible adjustment of space according to the height of the exhibits. Paired with hidden light strips, it highlights the three-dimensional sense of the exhibits
Sealing performance: The fully sealed cabinet structure is equipped with dust-proof sealing strips, effectively isolating dust and moisture, and protecting specimens for long-term storage
3. Through type high cabinet (specimen sequence display)
Application scenario: Linear area of exhibition hall, used for displaying fish specimens and small biological specimen combinations (see Figure 2 and Figure 3)
Core structure:
Overall size: highly customized, suitable for exhibition hall floor height, with reserved lighting installation space at the top
Lighting system: top embedded track spotlight+bottom auxiliary light strip, dual light source design, presenting specimen form in all directions
Background: Customizable ocean themed background board (blue and white gradient and other color schemes) to enhance the marine cultural atmosphere of Ninghai
Application scenario: Exhibition hall open area, suitable for multi category specimen combination display
Core design: Modular splicing structure, can be freely combined into continuous or independent display cabinets, suitable for exhibition planning in different areas of the exhibition hall, while considering flexibility and integrity
Product Design Highlights
Regional cultural adaptation: With "ocean blue+matte gray+white" as the core color scheme, echoing the theme of Ninghai ocean culture, the background board adopts gradient blue, light green and other ocean color schemes to strengthen the correlation between the exhibits and the theme of the exhibition hall
Specimen protection level configuration: fully sealed dust-proof and moisture-proof structure, low UV lighting, laminated explosion-proof glass, comprehensively avoiding the risk of fading and damage of biological specimens, in line with museum level specimen protection standards
Scenario based fusion design: The curved cabinet body fits snugly against the exhibition hall wall, while the independent display cabinet creates the central display focus. The modular cabinet body is suitable for multi scene display, achieving a high degree of integration between the exhibition layout and the exhibition hall space
Construction convenience: Modular assembly structure, quick on-site splicing and installation, suitable for exhibition period requirements, reserved pipeline interfaces for cabinets, convenient for lighting and temperature control system wiring
Application value
This series of exhibition cabinets serves not only as a vessel for marine biological specimens within the Ningbo Ninghai Exhibition Hall but also as the central medium for disseminating Ninghai's marine culture. Through professional exhibition design and specimen preservation techniques, the long-term safe storage of marine biological specimens has been ensured. With a clear sequential display and an immersive spatial atmosphere, visitors can intuitively experience the abundance of Ninghai's marine ecological resources, contributing to the establishment of a key hub for regional marine science and cultural exhibition.
