Product Introduction
Project Overview Card
- Client: China Telecom
- Industry: Telecommunication Operator Offline Experience Retail
- Scope: Full-custom fixture production & on-site installation for Zhujiang New Town flagship service hall, Guangzhou
- Products: Curved business service counters, smart home experience tables, wall-mounted display cabinets, digital equipment demo stands, brand front desk signage
The Challenge
- Original outdated counters failed to match new “smart home + mobile service + IoT product” multi-scenario display requirements;
- Strict corporate VI specification needed unified wood-white mixed color system across all furniture, coordinating with brand blue logo & luminous signage;
- The hall kept partial daily customer service during renovation, requiring phased installation to minimize business suspension;
- Demo tables needed embedded wiring trough & hidden cable storage for tablets, display screens and telecommunication test equipment.
Our Solution
1. Custom Design Plan
Split the space into 3 functional zones: manual business handling area, smart home experience area, smart travel demo area. Ergonomic curved service counters shorten customer waiting distance; open-style wooden demo tables enable free customer trial of telecom IoT devices, matching indoor green plant decoration for a relaxing shopping atmosphere.
2. Material & Craft Details
- Main Cabinet: E0 grade multi-layer solid wood board with matte wood grain veneer, scratch-resistant & formaldehyde-free for indoor long-term use;
- Counter Panel: Imported solid wood desktop + matte white baking paint cabinet body, anti-fouling for daily high-frequency service operation;
- Lighting & Signage: LED backlit acrylic brand logo + embedded spotlight inside display shelving for product highlighting;
- Auxiliary: Built-in concealed wire grooves inside all experience tables to neatly organize data & power cords.
3. Production & Delivery Schedule
Modular pre-production in factory for quick on-site assembly; divide construction into 2 phases to construct non-business zone first, then shift to service area during off-peak hours.
