The Challenge
- Unified brand visual standard: Strictly follow Sinopec official corporate VI, match classic red-white brand tone with natural light wood finish, realize consistent store image across all chain gas stations; checkout counters adopt modular spliced structure to flexibly adjust cashier lanes according to store size.
- Diversified commodity zoning layout: Realize independent display areas for daily necessities, beverages, snacks, auto supplies and tobacco products; all wall cabinets and island shelves reserve built-in LED light troughs to highlight goods and boost sales atmosphere.
- Special operation limitation of gas station: All field installation and cabinet delivery must be scheduled during midnight off-peak hours to not hinder daily refueling service and customer flow.
- Durability & environmental adaptability: Gas station stores have large pedestrian flow and semi-open space; all panel materials must be wear-resistant, moisture-proof and scratch-resistant to cope with long-term high-frequency use.
Our Solution
1. Custom Zoned Layout Design
The whole store is divided into three core functional zones: front multi-lane checkout reception area, surrounding wall-mounted backlit display cabinet area, central open gondola & cold drink display area.
Adopt light wood grain + white main color matching Sinopec brand red decorative lines, fit the simple and high-end positioning of gas station convenience stores; adjustable multi-layer shelf spacing can freely adapt goods of different sizes, matching the fast shopping demand of refueling customers.
2. Material & Craft Specification
- Cabinet Main Body: E0 grade environmental multi-layer board, matte light wood veneer finish, formaldehyde-free, moisture-proof and scratch-resistant, suitable for long-term store use.
- Checkout Counter: Integrated solid wood composite base + matte white anti-fouling countertop, reserved wire hiding trough for cash register, scanner and other equipment, detachable modular assembly.
- Wall Display Cabinets: Built-in hidden warm white LED light trough, adjustable metal layer brackets, closed and open combined cabinet layout for classified storage of goods.
- Central Island Gondola: Detachable multi-layer open shelf with silent brake casters, convenient to adjust display position for seasonal promotional activities.
- Cold Drink Cabinet Enclosure: Custom wood grain cabinet frame matched with commercial refrigerators, unify cold drink area style with the whole store furniture.
3. Production & Construction Arrangement
All display fixtures are split and prefabricated in the factory; full pre-assembly and dimensional inspection before delivery to avoid assembly errors on site.
