The Challenge
TATA’s store renovation faced these core project challenges:
- Strict unified brand VI requirement: off-white + light wood color system for all fixtures, matched with brand signature red promotional decoration;
- Multi-category display demand: high-heels, flats, sandals & leather bags need classified layered shelving plus central island for new-arrival & discounted seasonal items;
- Mall operation cannot be interrupted, so cabinet installation must be scheduled in non-business nighttime hours;
- In-store spotlight layout needs to highlight shoe leather texture without color deviation, reserved embedded wire channel inside each shelf unit.
Our Solution
1. Custom Design Scheme
Split store layout into 3 functional zones: surrounding wall regular goods display area, middle new-item promotional island zone, window mannequin showcase area. Light neutral tone cabinetry coordinates crystal pendant lamp decoration at core aisle, red hanging POP frames & floor decal unify TATA’s seasonal sale visual system.
2. Material & Craft Specification
- Cabinet Body: E1 environmental multi-layer board with matte off-white paint + natural wood grain veneer, moisture-proof and scratch-resistant for daily frequent sample try-on;
- Display Layer: Solid wood adjustable shelf planks, pre-reserved lamp trough for embedded spotlights;
- Central Island: Combination of solid wood base + metal mesh frame, detachable tiered tray for flexible seasonal product rearrangement;
- Brand Decoration: Custom die-cut red acrylic hanging SALE signs & ground adhesive brand floor sticker.
3. Production & Delivery Schedule
Modular pre-production of all display components in factory; phased delivery & night-shift on-site assembly in compliance with shopping mall construction regulations.
