The Challenge
- Strict brand VI compliance: Must adopt brand customized teal green + pure white main tone + embedded blue ambient light to build high-end minimalist corporate display atmosphere, all display cabinets unified in modeling style to maintain overall space aesthetic consistency.
- Multi-category product display layout: Need partitioned display areas for perfume samples, cosmetic raw materials, finished skincare & makeup products; reserve embedded LED light troughs inside display niches to highlight single product details and enhance display texture.
- Exhibition hall space logic planning: Distinguish product visiting display area and business negotiation reception area, realize viewing path coherence, match visiting & reception business demands of enterprise customer reception.
- High display texture requirement: Display structure needs precise dimensional splicing, smooth splicing gaps, stable load-bearing for cosmetic samples; surface finish anti-fouling and scratch-resistant to fit long-term high-frequency reception scenario.
Our Solution
1. Custom Design Scheme
Split exhibition hall into two core functional zones: peripheral surrounding backlit wall-mounted product display zone at both sides, central independent negotiation reception zone. Adopt curved & geometric hollow outline for display cabinet outline, match concealed blue linear ambient light and embedded niche fill light to echo brand color system; hierarchical shelving structure realizes classified placement of various cosmetic samples, forming smooth customer visiting route.
2. Material & Craft Specification
- Cabinet Main Body: E1 grade multi-layer board with matte baking paint finish, stable structure, deformation-resistant, anti-fouling and easy daily cleaning;
- Backlit Brand Background Wall: Hollow metal decorative structure + light-transmitting backlight film, embedded brand logo and text, uniform luminous brightness for brand image presentation;
- Wall Cosmetic Display Cabinet: Recessed light niche with diffused white LED strip light, adjustable shelf boards for flexible layout adapting different height cosmetic bottles & sample boxes;
- Negotiation Area: Solid wood long negotiation table + matching ergonomic office chairs, matching space minimalist high-end positioning for business communication;
- Decorative Accent Structure: Hexagonal & rectangular hollow light-emitting decorative units, embedded linear blue atmosphere light, enrich space hierarchy without disrupting overall minimalist style.
3. Production & Delivery Plan
All display fixtures adopt modular split prefabrication inside factory; complete pre-assembly dimensional inspection, gap calibration and light system test before shipment; implement phased on-site installation, coordinate construction schedule to avoid affecting enterprise daily work, complete final whole space debugging & light effect fine-tuning after installation.
