- Space limitation: Gas station store has irregular long-narrow layout, need customized size shelves to make full use of fragmented corner & high-low ceiling space; curved cashier desk fits irregular entrance structure for quick driver checkout.
- Brand VI requirement: Unified light wood + off-white + PetroChina signature orange trim color system to match official uSmile brand specification.
- Multi-category display demand: Classified layout for daily groceries, packaged snacks, liquor & tobacco, auto supplies; central open island for seasonal promotional goods.
- Construction constraint: Installation must be scheduled during gas station off-business night hours to avoid interrupting daily refueling & in-store customer flow.

Our Solution
1. Custom Design Scheme
Divide store into three functional zones: peripheral wall fixed goods display area, middle aisle double-sided commodity gondola zone, front cashier + promotional island area. Match curved wood strip ceiling with rounded-edge cabinet outline; orange decorative strip along wall top unifies brand visual, open adjustable-layer shelf for flexible goods arrangement of different specifications.
2. Material & Craft Specification
- Cabinet Main Body: E1 grade environmental multi-layer board with matte light wood grain veneer + white melamine finish, high moisture-proof performance adapting gas station environment;
- Frame Structure: Thickened cold rolled steel adjustable support bracket, freely change shelf layer spacing for diversified product placement;
- Promotional Island: Arc rounded-edge cabinet with orange top trim, multi-layer split design for hot-selling product centralized display;

3. Production & Delivery Plan
