The Challenge
- Strict corporate VI compliance: Must adopt CNOOC signature blue + warm yellow accent + natural wood finish to unify nationwide store visual standard; numbered cashier counters need modular design for flexible lane adjustment.
- Multi-scenario goods layout: Separate zoning for auto supplies, daily snacks, cold drinks & tobacco; wall shelves pre-reserve embedded LED strip slots for product spotlighting.
- Gas station site restriction: Installation arranged in off-peak nighttime to avoid interfering with daily fuel refueling and customer access.
- High-humidity resistance requirement: All cabinet materials need moisture-proof property to adapt semi-open forecourt store environment of gas station.
Our Solution
1. Custom Design Scheme
Split store into 3 core functional areas: numbered cashier reception zone at front entrance, perimeter wall backlit fixed display zone, central open gondola & cold beverage chiller display zone. Bright yellow trim strip & CNOOC blue branding panel echo corporate color system; open adjustable shelving layout matches quick-stop purchase trait of gas station consumers.
2. Material & Craft Specification
- Cabinet Body: E1 eco-friendly multi-layer board with matte natural wood veneer, formaldehyde-free and moisture-resistant;
- Checkout Counter: Solid wood base + white anti-scratch countertop, external large-size numbered decal (1/2/3) for cashier lane identification;
- Wall Display Rack: Built-in concealed LED light trough with diffused warm white strip light, white adjustable metal shelf brackets;
- Beverage Zone: Matching custom cabinet surround for commercial stainless steel chiller to integrate cold drink area into whole store furnishing style.
3. Production & Delivery Plan
All fixtures adopt modular split prefabrication inside factory; complete pre-assembly dimensional check before shipment, implement batch nighttime installation complying with gas station daily operation rules.
